Step 2

An information package will be sent to you for further research, After reviewing our information package, you can send in an application form to our head office. A business plan disc will be sent to you upon receiving your application. You will be invited to our head office in Hamilton, Ontario for a meeting with the president of Hickory Dickory Decks and with some senior head office staff. After completing your Hickory Dickory Decks business plan, with our assistance, a franchise disclosure document and a franchise contract will be sent to you for your inspection.


Step 3

Now it's time to meet some of our franchisees, assisted by head office. During all three stages, all your questions will be answered and our head office staff will also be gathering information from yourself. Further research into your own area regarding building permits, products used, finding builders, financing options etc. can be explored.

If at this time both Hickory Dickory Decks and the prospective franchisee want to join forces, a deposit of $10,000 is made and the franchise contracts are sent to the lawyers for final approval. Upon signing by both parties, you are now a Hickory Dickory Decks franchisee. Congratulations!
